Man Devotes His Life To Adopting Old Dogs Who Can’t Find Forever Homes

At the animal shelter, Greig wanted the oldest and least adoptable dog there. A 12-year-old Chihuahua with knee problems and a heart murmur left the shelter that day with ɢʀɪᴇꜰ-sᴛʀɪᴋᴇɴ man. But, he didn’t stop there. Steve kept going to dog shelters, picking up all the old dogs that no one seemed to want anymore.
He realizes that the old, old ones will be left alone, unloved, simply because they are no longer lovable puppies. As a dog lover, Grieg couldn’t leave these lonely dogs alone, so he adopted as many dogs as he could, giving them a permanent home. Now, Greig is a super busy human dad to his ten elder dog shelter ʀᴇsᴄᴜᴇs, and his Instagram is overloaded with cuteness approved over 1 million followers.
Greig was extremely busy with her schedule. He wakes up at 5am to make breakfast for his extended family of cute dogs and most dogs have different diets. Then he takes the dogs for a walk or sees the vet, cleans, baths,… and many activities in a day. He feels so happy to be taking care of these lovely animals. Greig said: “It’s just fulfilling knowing that these adorable animals are happy and loved and well-taken care of. It makes my days worthwhile.” He shared that, in the future, he plans to adopt more senior dogs. He are truly a man full of love!
